Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about visiting 205 Spa -- hours, walk-ins, what to expect, and everything in between.

The menu covers pretty much everything: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Thai, Sports, Couples, Four Hands, and Cupping Therapy. On the spa side we do Foot Reflexology, the Hand & Foot Combo, Body Scrubs, Body Wraps, Classic Facials, and Deep Cleansing Facials. Browse the full services page for details on each one.

Walk in whenever -- no appointment needed. Just stop by 205 N 6th St in Saddle Brook during open hours. The only time it pays to call ahead is for couples sessions or groups of three or more, since the couples room books up on weekends. Reach us at 201-368-5244.

Swedish is the easy-listening version: long, smooth strokes, lighter pressure, designed to calm you down and get circulation moving. Deep Tissue goes harder and slower into the muscle layers underneath -- great for chronic tightness, recurring back pain, or recovery from a tough workout. If you cannot decide, tell your therapist what is bugging you and they will steer you the right way when you come in.

We offer 30, 60, and 90-minute sessions for almost every service. Sixty minutes is the sweet spot for a true full-body session. Thirty works if you are popping in on a lunch break from Hackensack or Paramus, and 90 is the move when you really want to disappear from the world for a while.

Undress to whatever level you are comfortable with -- some clients go fully unclothed, others keep underwear on. Either way is fine. Our therapists use proper draping the entire time so only the area being worked on is exposed. Thai massage is the exception: wear loose, comfortable clothes since it involves a lot of stretching and movement.

Yes -- couples massage is one of our most-requested treatments. You and your plus-one get side-by-side massages in our private couples room with two therapists working at the same time. There is also a Couples Spa Package if you want to add reflexology and extras. Call 201-368-5244 ahead of time to lock in the room, especially on weekends.

Yep -- standalone Foot Reflexology and a Hand & Foot Combo. Reflexology hits specific pressure points on the feet and hands that map to different parts of the body, so it is way more than just a foot rub. Great pick if you spend long hours standing, walking the city, or just want a quick reset between meetings.

Every day, 9 AM to 11 PM. Yes, that includes Sunday. We kept the hours wide on purpose -- so a Hackensack hospital shift, a late commute home from the city, or a slow Saturday morning before brunch all fit.

We are at 205 N 6th St, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 -- right where Saddle Brook borders Garfield and Lodi. Easy to reach off Route 80, Route 17, and Route 46, and just a few minutes from Garden State Plaza, Saddle River Park, and downtown Hackensack. Clients also drive in from Maywood, Rochelle Park, Fair Lawn, Paramus, and Elmwood Park. Pull up directions on Google Maps.

Cash and all major credit cards work -- Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Gratuity for your therapist can be added to the card or left in cash, whichever is easier for you.

Yes -- free on-site parking right at the building. No hunting for a spot, no meters, no Hackensack-style garage hassles. Pull in, walk straight in.

Shiatsu is a Japanese technique that uses finger, thumb, and palm pressure along the body's energy lines. Unlike Swedish, there is no oil and you can stay clothed during the session. People love it for stress relief, stiff necks and shoulders, and that low-grade tension that builds up over a long week. Full breakdown on our Shiatsu Massage page.
